Total Client Management
Is a management program developed and offered exclusively through Scott Haile & Company for employee benefit clients. After 18 months of research and development the final program was operational in the spring of 1999.
Each client will have an assigned administrator. The single point of contact approach has provided a successful base to build a working relationship with our clients. A log of correspondence is complied into a report and contact is made with participants to update their issues until completion.
"Total Client Management" eliminates direct contact by employers or employees to the insurance company and thus increasing productivity and confidence in their current benefit plan.
